Birinder Tember has extensive experience
in health, wellbeing and stress management. He has worked
with large FTSE 100 organisations and covered a wide array
of roles within sales, strategy and human resource
management. He has undertaken global research on
performance management as part of his MBA as well as
managing large scale change management programs including
downsizing and reskilling & coaching of thousands of
employees.
In addition to a career in management, Birinder has worked
with several doctors, health-care practitioners and
performance coaches, all highly respected specialists
within their respective fields. The inspiration from some
of his mentors led him to study oriental medicine at the
College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Berkshire where
he completed a BSc Hons Degree in Acupuncture which
incorperated personal clinical supervision from the dean of
the college, Peter Mole - a highly respected practitioner
of Chinese Medicine and author of several texts in use by
colleges throughout the UK.
Birinder is also a member of
the faculty at the London College of Traditional
Acupuncture where he lectures and supervises research on
the Masters programs for herbal medicine and nutrition as
well as the undergraduate programs.
In setting up Stress-Resolve™, Birinder brings his
extensive experience of managing health and stress under
one umbrella. His unique style of coaching is
inspirational and the stress management and life
coaching programs coupled with 'Alternative Medicine'
